Operating
Instructions
Alternately user may use up – down arrow keys on keyboard or page
prev- next buttons appearing as page ears on most forms.
Note:
User can now select all records or selective records by just pressing ctrl+a ,
ctrl+mouse click. And also use F5 key to refresh all records. Refresh
: Click this button in view mode to refresh data.
Click this button in Add/ edit mode to return to view mode.
Sort
Orders:
use various predefined sort orders to view data the way you want to in lists.
A. VIEWING
DATA 
Simple Interface : Click this
icon to change to simple mode 
Advanced Mode : Once you are familiar with the programs you
may start using programs in advanced mode by clicking this icon on top of all
programs . This enables more data
fields, list colums, functions and
menus etc.
Navigating Data
: Use this icons on toolbars to
navigate data records in view mode.
Current record data is displayed in form on top and selected row is
highlighted in the list. Conversely
user can navigate / click on any list record to view corresponding record in
Form View.
Refresh
– List menu Button : 
Edit
: click / press SHIFT to edit records in
list view. This disables form and toolbar. Click refresh icon to return to view
mode.
Filter
: Click to quickly filter record in list. This brings up various drop down
combos above important fields in list. User may filter records on multiple
fields.
Print
: Click this icon to print list in as is condition of column settins, sort
orders, filtered data and colors.
Color
: Click this icon to toggle lists between single font color and multiple font
color for individual fields for ease of view.

List View Mode
NAVIGATE records in list using arrow
keys or mouse to view corresponding record details .
User can
navigate records in form using arrow keys and corresponding record in list
/Grid will be highlighted with Row coloring.
User can click
on any record row to view corresponding data in a form above list.
All lists have
columns Sorting, Resizing & Moving by dragging.
To
sort list on any field, simply click on filed name in list header.
To
resize any column, simply drag the RHS line next field in list header.
To
move any field column, simply click on field header and drag next any other
field in list header.
A few important
programs allow user to add data directly in lists.
User can double
click any record row to edit corresponding record in form.
MAXIMIZE : User
may maximize List to view more records in list & hide the form view. In max
mode user can add / edit data in list.
LIST SORTING
User can use “View as” Icon in toolbar and list pop up menus to rearrange list
in various sorting order of fields. This rearranges list/Grid by moving &
sorting selected field to first column
There are various multi field sorting orders predefined in menus.
FILTERING User
can select data to view in lists by compound filtering. On clicking select Icon
in the Toolbar; Drop list combo boxes
appear above respective major fields in list. User can do filtering of data on
a combination of various fields and date ranges. This data can be further
analyzed by user by moving columns or sorting. User can click refresh to return
to original state.
HIERARCHY
Tree view like
hierarchal grouping of fields for important fields. This also gives subtotals
and numbers of records for each category, type, month. This enables user to locate any specific
data record quickly and easily. In list collapsed condition , click on + to
expand data for that group of data.
Click refresh
or ALL tab to return to original state of viewing full list.
EXPORT : User
can save lists data as a excel, text or CSV file file. Program automatically saves to default location &
filename given for each program.
POP UPS :
Separate list pop up menus above list for important functions.
User can change font size of list by selecting font size in setup
of each Program.
DELETE
:
Click this toolbar button to deleted any record. Exercise caution
to safeguard data. This will delete current selected data record. This button has drop down to do multiple
deletions.

OUR DATABASES
: Data entry task of user is simplified greatly by soophistaced
predictive & auto fill functions developed by us. We have filled in huge
databases to simplify this task. These databases can be updated over
internet.
Many fields
have drop list making easier the tedious task of Data entry. Drop List choices
are provided for various fields. These drop lists also show filtered data based
on data being entered in current record.
Eg in music
collections it will show music albums based on Group/Artist selected and also
autofill year of release and category.
Eg. While adding contacts, user just has to select the city and let our program fill in state, country, postal code and telephone code. It will even show you localities of selected city while typing street address for major Indian cities. There are countless examples of this.
While you are in ADD/ EDIT mode various toolbar buttons, navigation functions are disabled. User may click SAVE or refresh to go back to VIEW mode and access these functions / buttons.

Forms enable
easy data entry by various combos drop lists which are user defined or thru
huge preset database provided in program.

AUTO
TEXT :
Some programs save you the hassle of typing common words by
autotext function, when this icon is there click DOT (.) to select from a list
of common words to insert word. You may even type the first letter of word then
press dot to view common words starting with that letter.

or between two specified dates.

Contacts data is used to assist/
link in about 15 other programs and it shows data from other programs
like Birthdays, Emails sent, Letters sent Recd, Gifts given /recd, Journal
entries, Photos, Accounts for that person, any lent items to that person or
even calls made etc. It also copies data from various programs to automatically
fill your accounts/ expenses and Scheduled tasks. It takes data from various
programs including letters, gifts, emails, photos, purchases, club meeting etc
to show in your Journal in predefined categories.
Birthdays, Anniversaries and selected Indian holidays are
automatically copied to the scheduler program. Expiry dates for Passports,
credit cards, clubs and various other items are automatically copied to the
scheduler program. Travel itenary, Party planner dates, Kitty party dates,
