Add Contacts

 
  • Adding new Contacts: It is simple flexible by giving user choice of 5 different format to enter data. This will suit all kind of users.
  • Quick Add:This quarter screen form is ideal for beginners who just want to use a basic address book.
  • Add, edit and view with simple tree and list view search.
  • Basic Add : has simple and advanced modes.
  • Add Detailed: Advanced modes shows assisted fill list on LHS to enter databy clicking on prefilled choices of city, first names, last names & company etc.
  • Advanced mode also shows more fields to enter data.
  • User may also link photo of contact person.
  • Drop list to fill most fields from databases like first name, last name , middle name, city, region, status,
  • company name, company suffix, education, hobbies, nick, salutation, relation, job title, address type etc.
  • Drop lists for First and Last names, program automatically fills gender based on name selected.
  • Auto fill of state, country, postal and telephone codes based on city selected.
  • Cities selector drop list displays Int’l/ National cities, users top 5 cities, major cities and all cities.
  • Address fill shows common words appearing in all addresses , which user can click to insert in address.
  • Major Indian & International cities even show name of colonies / popular localities to assist, in address input.
  • These can be inserted into address line by click.
  • Assisted fill helps fill default company name suffix, company name common words autotext and list of top 5000 companies to select from drop list.
  • Even entering email address is assisted by showing common email address suffixes to select from drop list.
  • Defaults:
    Use setup to define various add mode defaults including category, city, priority etc.
  • Use setup to select data entry using single, double, merged drop fields for category & subcategory.
  • Business Add: This add form is designed for business users.
  • It has all the features of add-detailed form.
  • All fields for entering family and personal details are omitted.
  • Extra fields to enter upto two addresses for each business contact.
  • Define each business address as for office, corporate office, branch office, shop, warehouse, godown, works, factory etc.
  • Fields for alternate contact person.
  • Fields to enter Job Title for main contact and alternate contact by drop list.
  • Huge database of pre filled company names to select by clicking to enter company name.
  • Enter company name suffix like (Ltd, Inc etc upto 20) without typing and thru drop list.
  • List add : This function allows user to add basic details of contact in list / spreadsheet kind of view.
  • This eases data entry, has combos for most fields, with tab and arrow keys to jump to diff records and fields.
  • User can add multiple records at a time while viewing previous entries.
  • Turbo add: Enables very fast data entry of contacts for advanced users.
  • Enables data entry without using the mouse and by just using the keyboard.
  • Use tab, shift keys to select fields from list.
  • Use up, down & enter keys to simultaneously select choice from list and quickly fill data.
  • Edit: Edit multiple records , easy name selector list on LHS to jump to different contacts.
