FAQ - INSTALL, ACTIVATION & PURCHASE

 

Q.1      I am having problem in Installing, some DLL files did not Register.

Ans.     Re-install Program.

Q.2      How do I uninstall?

Ans.     Please click install once again, later on you will find an option to Remove or Reinstall the program, click the Remove option ok, the program will get uninstalled.

 

Q.3      How do I Reinstall?

Ans.     Follow Uninstall procedure, then install again.

 

Q.4     Can I reinstall newer version?

Ans.    Yes you may re-install newer version till your remaining trail period is left. After trial period is over, you cannot re-install newer version on same machine. To do this, you may have to reinstall windows first.

 

Q.5     What is free trial period.

Ans.    It is usually 30 days for most programs and 45 days for Smart Organizer Suite. The remaining period is displayed in startup screen.

 

Q.6     Will I be charged for trying software?

Ans.   No, you won’t be charged for trying the software. You won’t be charged automatically. You will be charged only when you decide to pay for the software online. This will be required in case you wish to continue using the programs after trial period is over.

 

Q.7     How do I activate – Purchase? 

Ans.   To purchase this product you will have to active to product by paying online through credit card etc.You do not

         have download any additional software, existing trial version will be upgraded to paid version after verification. This product      work only on the PC, where online activation of license is done. To do this follow the instructions at start of the program.

 

Q.8      How do I activate it?

Ans.    To activate our software, please download the program from our website or from download.com. Install the downloaded software on your computer, after installing the software, it will display the option, to activate, please enter the serial key, or if u don’t have that, simply click on other option to get the serial key.

You will be taken to protexis site. This is an independent software activation and e-commerce site. Here you may pay online using your credit card/pay pal etc. on verification of payment you will receive an activation code. (Serial Key). Enter this code in program to convert your trial program to unlimited purchased program.

 

Q.9     Can I Install multiple program of Mylife on same PC ?

Ans.   Yes, They are installed in different folders of C:\Program files. Even database files of all individual programs are separate.

 

Q.10   Can I use activated serial code on my other machines / PC?

Ans.    No, Please activate the software ‘only’ on the PC you wish to continue usage, Activated Trial license Keys won’t work on a separate PC.

 

Q.11    Do I need to buy individual licenses for each machine?

Ans.    Yes

 

Q.12    Do I get any discount for buying multiple programs ?  

Ans.   Individual programs are according to price list, full has 10 programs for US $29.99, some important program are not available in individual software.

 

Q.13     How much is it to get all of the programs?  Does your company make any other products? 

Ans.    As stated above $29.99,  no,  all programs we make are mentioned in our website,

suite has all programs we make,  we are small co. and can make modify programs as per your needs as well.

 

Q.14    I know some other people that may be interested in purchasing this program - please let me know if we can buy as a group with licensing for each copy.

Ans.   We are also offering 5-license pack for a 5 user. Hence you may use Software on 5 computers like - home, office, laptop, spouse, friends etc.

Q.15    If we are having problem with downloading large file size of your software, what should I do?

Ans.    If you are having problem with downloading large file size of our software; we will be glad to mail you a free CD of

          all our softwares try & buy versions.

Q.16   There was a problem with closing the last window of installation.

Ans.   Install error happens sometimes for definite reason. Best try is to uninstall completely & re-install program.

         Rarely Operating System, Virus or other pre-installed programs on your system interfere with installation of MyLife.
