Group History
Our company is part of
DEVIDAYAL - BRALCO Group. M/s Devidayal Aluminium Industries (P) Ltd. is a
sister concern of M/s Bralco Metal Industries Ltd. Our group has been in the
business of non-ferrous metal since 1940. Our sister concern M/s Bralco Metal
Industries ltd. was a pioneer in setting up Brass and Copper industry in India
before Independence. M/s Bralco Metal Industries Ltd., then known by the name of
Devidayal Metals had purchased State of Art plant in 1964. Subsequently, more
machinery was added including
India’s first 20 Hi Sendzimir Mill and
India’s first continuous
casting plant for producing various alloys.
M/s Devidayal Aluminium
Industries (P) Ltd. was established in 1960 at
Ghaziabad. Initially we manufactured Aluminium and Stainless
Steel utensils. From 1965 to 1985 we manufactured aluminium sheets and circles.
From 1982 we moved onwards to setup a complete plant to manufacture Aluminium
Coils/Foils from melting stage. We also installed latest 20 Hi Sendzimir Mill to
produce Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Strips and Coils for precision engineering
applications. After 1992 we moved on to producing brass strips and foils.
Viney Auto Group
Leaders in the Brass terminal & wire harnessing industry for 2 wheelers &
automobiles sector. They have 6
manufacturing plants in various locations all over
India.
They are one of the largest consumers of Brass strips in India.
Group
has various Joint Ventures in Real Estate & Manufacture of Cement & Soap.
Viney Auto (P) Ltd.
The Viney Group was started with a very moderate setup as Viney Industries in
1989 to manufacture Wiring Harness. The procurement for all the components
required was from outside and only assembly was done. The establishment of Tool
Room for Tools & Dies required to make components become essential in 1990, as
the quality and price were not competitive. The first achievement was the
approval of Wiring Harness of Hero-Puch of Majestic Auto Ltd. In 1990. The Tool
Room helped us in making terminals of International standard in Chain form for
consistent Quality and high productivity, which could be used on Automatic
Crimping Machine and also the Connectors, which were generally, imported to make
good Wiring Harness. The year 1992, was major boost for us our component were
approved by Hero Honda Motors Ltd.(The largest Motorcycle manufacturer). In the
year 1994, Eicher Tractors, Punjab Tractors approved our components for their
Wiring Harness. Meanwhile this year also marked the structural growth by
inclusion of Automatic machines in our Assembly. This was followed by addition
of Escorts Tractors, Escorts Automotive (Rajdoot) as customers in 1995. The year
1996, most of the components were approved by World's largest manufacturer of
Two Wheelers M/s. Bajaj Auto Ltd. The consistent quality and timely delivery
resulted in increase in demand and the customer base. The new machines in the
moulding section & High speed Machine for Terminal manufacturing were added. The
automatic cutting, stripping and crimping machines are introduced in the
production to make the best quality Wiring Harness.
India Terminals & Connectors Systems Ltd.
The year 1999, a dedicated company by the name of 'ITCSL'
to cater demands of Terminals and connectors was established. This wholesome
growth is due to the continuous efforts, upgrading and modernization of our
machines and tool room facilities. The Future sight is set, the targets are
known and the good customers are with in our reach.

The concern for the
environment and our policy to conserve for the nature at the same time credit
value based employment in the developing area of Himachal Pradesh the unit has
been set up in the year 2001.
