• Letters Mailing List Maker:
• To create different groups of mailing list by selecting people from address book.
• Different tabs show user defined mailing list, fixed mailing lists, Family Tree members list, Associations/ club list from MyLife Hobbies program, Kitties, Party Planner & Handy contact list from MyLife Home manager program etc.
• Mailing List can be exported in popular file formats, used to print address list, mailing labels or used to send group letters using MyLife Letter creator program. You can even send letter to any individual using MS-word with prefilled senders and recipient address.
• Print Name list, address list or mailing labels for selected group.
• Save Letters to 1 file:
• This function will generate a single text file (MS-Word file) containing all letters sent/received, typed in MyLife or scanned from one person, group of person, within date range to single output text file.
• Filter and Select group of letters, person wise, category wise or date range wise.
• Click to generate single MS-Word file containing all selected letters (text and scanned ) into one single correspondence MS-Word file.
• Option to save letter database details (date, type, person, category, remarks etc)·
