  • View/Lookup Viewing, lookup & searching of contacts is simplified by giving user almost 12 forms views and about 15 list views to view contacts as the user desires.
  • Various attractive and flexible forms to view contacts.
  • Various forms have common features like simple filter, multiple filter, Name link, Keyword search and Find & Replace.
  • Simple filter user may filter contacts based on any one criteria of category, priority, city, region etc (upto 8 fields).
  • User may click to select tab for any criteria, then click to select any data value from list to filter.
  • Multiple filter has combo/drop list for various fields. User may select multiple conditions to filter data for that form. eg- user may filter to view records for a particular category, particular product, particular city and particular priority etc.
  • Name Link:
  • A name link button appears in over 20 places in the program, giving quick access right click menu to various function. These function includes taking the user directly to view, edit details mode, letter creator,telephone dialer, SMS sender, view linked items details, print address, label and print details for any selected person.

  • This quarter screen form is ideal for beginners who just want to use a basic address book, with simple tree and list view search.
