function through which user can view edit picture, print pictures, make
desktop wallpaper, email the picture and include more user friendly functions.

LHS has tree view of Album- Category- Subcategory, or Album- place, Album –
Priority, event, year-month, negative, album etc.

Click on tree to view corresponding Thumbnails or RHS.

User may drag & drop thumbs on tree view to quickly assign, organize/
rearrange picture properties of category, rating, place etc.
